Founders Cafe is a local La Crosse area, independent, restaurant created to serve the needs of Gundersen Health Care (now Emplify) visitors and staff. We have a long track record of opening and operating award winning catering facilities, restaurants, and food trucks. Our goal is to provide fast and friendly service while offering only the highest quality foods to our guests. We are open Monday-Friday 10:00am – 1:30pm (Closed all major Holidays)
All of our food is locally sourced to ensure only the freshest ingredients and highest quality meats. We pay special attention to special dietary needs with several vegetarian and gluten-friendly options. Our menu consists of Fresh Bakery, Deli, Daily Soups and Specials, Grilled Sourdough Melts, Hamburgers and Grilled Chicken Sandwiches. We bake fresh cookies and bakery daily! Our chicken is hardwood smoked and seasoned, our pork is pecan pit-smoked shoulder, our burgers are 100% American Beef ⅓ lb patties, and our cheeses are all Wisconsin made.
